高瓦斯综放工作面顶板深孔预裂爆破技术应用

摘要:

针对余吾煤业S2206高瓦斯综放工作面基本顶岩层厚度大、致密坚硬,初采时易形成大面积悬顶,突然大面积垮落时,易造成工作面矿压显现剧烈,瓦斯骤然升高的问题,介绍了该工作面顶板弱化处理的具体措施。实践表明,通过在工作面初采前采用深孔爆破,预先弱化顶板的方法,解决了该条件下顶板大面积来压的隐患,且提前回收了顶煤,实现了工作面安全高效开采。

Abstract:

The basic roof of Yuwu mine S2206 high gas full-mechanized caving coal face is dense hard and large thickness, and it is not easy to collapse in intial stage of mining.If large area roof caving suddenly,could lead to the working face mine pressure appear acutely, gas rise suddenly.In order to solve this problem,the concrete measures of weakening the working face roof are introduced. Practice shows that by the method pre-mining deep hole pre-splitting blasting ,weakening roof in advance,we have solved the hazard of large area roof pressure, recovered the top-coal in advance, realized the working face safe and efficient mining.
